Unbeatable Breakfast!

Scrambled egg on wholegrain toast with a little cheese and a fried tomato!
serves 1

Recipe:
1 egg
1 Tbsp milk
wee bit of grated cheese
1 slice wholegrain toast
1 tomato
1 tsp oil
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Beat the egg and the milk together then pour into a greased or non-stick skillet/frying pan. (I use margarine on mine first, and spread it around using a paper towel)

Scramble the egg and once it's almost done add the cheese and stir it all together

Clean your frying pan and slice a smallish tomato up. Fry it with the oil in the pan until it's hot.

Cook your toast.

Put cheesy scrambled eggs on top of toast, then the tomato and a sprinkling of salt and pepper. Enjoy!

After this, a nice red apple is a good way to finish your meal :D
